You should be aware that when buying from Gemma Holley Millinery you are entering into a legally binding contract fully enforceable under UK law. This contract comes into force once payment is received and Gemma Holley Millinery despatches your order.

Please notify us of any damaged or unwanted goods within 48 hours of receiving them and return within 7 days of delivery in their full original state with no signs of being warn or soiled to receive a full refund. If we do not receive the goods back within this time we will deem the transaction as accepted and complete. Please note however that Bespoke items Made to Order will be corrected if not to your complete satisfactory and are not refundable.

We will do everything we can to make sure you receive your order within 5 – 10 working days, however if item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you and inform you of the expected delivery time, we will not accept liability for delays that are incurred once responsibility for delivery has passed to the courier.

It is recommended that you do not send your card details via email - to us or any other third party. Gemma Holley Millinery will never ask you for account details or payment details directly via e-mail. If we need you to confirm all or part of your credit card details or personal details we will direct you to our secure server. We will not be held responsible for any losses you incur if you send information in this way.

You may only electronically copy or print parts of this website as part of your order process. Any other use of content is strictly forbidden unless you have prior written permission from Gemma Holley Millinery.

We shall not be held liable for any disruption of service due to factors out of our control. This includes natural disasters, war, strike, and trade disputes, acts of government or imposition or restrictions of import or exports or any other uncontrollable factor.

No part of these terms and conditions affect or restrict your statutory rights in any way as set by UK law.
